MOB-RULE
Scholars opine that democracy is mob-rule. Thomas Jefferson said 'A democracy is nothing more than mob rule, where fifty-one percent of the people may take away the rights of the other forty-nine'. The other 49% can also be mobs. Jefferson had ignored this facet. We have an assumption here, that 100% will vote, whereas only 50% of the voters may only vote.
In such a case, only 25.5% of the people take away the rights of the remaining 74.5%. Democracies are still better than monarchies, because in monarchies and dictatorships, only one man plunders everything. (7 seven sentences).
