WEATHER FORECASTING
Weather forecasting is not crystal grazing. The meteorologists use modern prediction tools to anticipate changes in weather. The weather forecasting is a science. A few elements of art may also be present. We do not sometimes get the same degree of exactitude which we get in mathematics and science. I view the weather forecasting as a great disaster management aid. Patrick Young aptly said: "The trouble with weather forecasting is that it's right too often for us to ignore it and wrong too often for us to rely on it." .
